Okay I am obsessed somewhat to Overnight Oats, that much is obvious. So here we go with yet another recipe.
Ingredients
1C Rolled Oats
5 Strawberries, diced
3/4 C Full Cream Milk*
1/2 C Plain Yoghurt
3 Tbl Golden Syrup**
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence***
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add the wet ingredients into a bowl. Mix them all together.
- Add in the oats and chia seeds. Make sure everything mixed.
- Cover with a lid. Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Feast for breakfast in the morning. You can eat it cold or warm it up.
Notes
*You can use Almond Milk or Rice Milk.
**You can use Honey or Maple Syrup. All I had was Golden Syrup.
***You can use Vanilla Extract.
